Investor Relations

To our Investors; both current and future:

Originating from science based on would healing and tissue engineering,  Invitrx Therapeutics has developed into a broad but focused biotechnology company that specializes in the commercialization of adult stem cell technology.  Our technology allows us to culture and engineer adult stem cells by which we develop innovative products and therapies that’s are use in wound closure and healing, aesthetics, and plastic/reconstructive surgery as well as ophthalmology and cardiovascular diseases.  Invitrx has created an exciting business model that places the company in a position to enter a broad range of markets which are either novel or underserved but projected to grow.  This unique opportunity provides our investors a chance in making an early-stage, yet lower risk, and rewarding investment.

Invitrx is still offering Series A financing, and is seeking  $5M USD to close the round. Series A preferred stock is sold for $1-2 per share. The Company offers a unique term sheet favoring early investors and seeks accredited individuals who are interested in long term financial returns to invest.

With our focus on short-term over the counter products that require little regulatory approval, the Company is already achieving  a strong revenue stream that is independently supporting the development of key proof of concept and clinical trials of our therapeutic products and procedures which address larger, more lucrative markets.  With successful growth from product sales and expansion of our clinical service business model  it is believed that the Company will have the ability to do an IPO within the next 5 years. Moreover, potential in-licensing, or acquisition offers from major pharmaceutical and cosmetic groups give the company the potential to do an IPO as early as 2-3 years.
